This is to bring to the attention of all the Matelong family members that something good is happening. A duet, Silah Kipchirchir Ngetich (Kap Leelei) and John Chebaibai (Kap Chebaibai) have pioneered a Matelong Children Writers Award. This ground breaking effort is intended to encourage young writers from both Kenya and Uganda to participate in a writing competition.
